15. 1912 When You Come to Me at Dawn

When You Come to Me at Dawn

When you come to meet me at dawn
Through my heart a rapture runs
Every shadow is withdrawn
Birds sing orisons
When you come to me at eve
In my heart a rapture stirs
There’s no boom I that I receive
Just a joy confers
Sun or shadow or flower or rise
Leafy bough or barren tree
All the time is golden
When you come to me
